Refund policy
Returns Policy
A simple account of what follows once an order reaches you, step by step, and the two cases where we send another at no charge.
We replace. We don't refund. United and Brave® keeps it at that, and the notes below explain the rest.
- 0 things to send back
- 3 photos, nothing more
- 30 days, then a free replacement if your order hasn't come
Delivery times
A late-feeling order is usually on time. Within the US, standard delivery is 7 through 20 business days. Elsewhere, 10 through 25 business days. Counting begins when the parcel ships, not when you order.
- Business days are Monday to Friday.
- Tracking can stay still within these windows. That's expected. Some routes show no scan until delivery.
- The 30-day rule works differently. It begins on your purchase date, whatever the ship date.
The shipping policy holds the full set of windows: each region, free or expedited.
After delivery
-
Open the parcel and check it
Most orders end here. Nothing else is needed. Only two situations go further. Know which is yours before writing to us.
-
A different item arrived
An incorrect item means something totally different from the item on our website. A wallet ordered, a lamp delivered. One product chosen, another received. That is our error to correct.
Outcome: a replacement order, sent at your original shipping speed. Nothing to return. Keep what came.
-
Nothing arrived after 30 days
It has been 30 days from purchase. Your parcel is still not with you. Tracking does not say delivered. In that case, a replacement is free. No photos either, since nothing came.
Outcome: a replacement order, again at your original shipping speed. One exception follows.
-
Delivered in tracking, not at your door
Sometimes the carrier's tracking, USPS and Canada Post included, marks a parcel delivered. Then the 30-day rule does not apply. A recorded delivery puts the parcel with the carrier, not with us.
Start with the local post office. Give them the tracking number. These parcels are often waiting at the branch, set aside elsewhere at the address, or handed to a neighbour. Should they come up empty, email support@unitedandbrave.com with what they told you.

The right item, not wanted
The people who do our product research take real time choosing what we carry, guided by today's market demand, the trends of the moment, and items already proven popular. All of it happens before a product goes live.
We ask for patience here. Small business costs are significant, so we trust customers to consider a purchase with care and to confirm it meets what they need first.
We recognise this is disappointing. By this stage, though, operational costs have been incurred. Each sale stands as final. Refunds aren't available.
Incorrect items
- Counts. A replacement is made. A categorically different product arrived. A watch ordered, a throw blanket received. Mascara ordered, lipstick received. What came plainly doesn't match its product page.
- Does not count. No replacement. The correct item came, and it feels different from what you expected. A weighted piece that seems unweighted. A large that reads as a small.
Why: small business that we are, we keep every product listing exhaustive. It is there so you can judge whether something suits you, or hold back on ordering when it isn't the thing you want or falls short of your needs. When we've sent the right item, nothing is replaced.
To claim a replacement
- Photograph the item. Three photos, three angles, in daylight if possible. This does more than anything to speed things up. It takes about two minutes.
- Email them. Send to support@unitedandbrave.com. Include the address used at checkout and the order number.
- We create the replacement. Your first shipping speed applies again. You'll receive a fresh order confirmation, then tracking once it ships.
- Keep the original. Once the replacement exists, nothing needs to go back to us.
For the 30-day rule, skip the photos. Send your order number. Tell us the tracking still isn't showing delivered.
